		<description>It appears more and more that if we are to ever break the bounds of Earth and begin to utilize the full resources even in the Earth-Luna system, it will be private enterprise that will do it. I am beginning to lose faith that government agencies such as NASA will ever pull themselves out from underneath political pressures, limitations and handicaps.</description>
