Undoubtedly an excellent idea. This is seemingly a switch from seeing space as a strategic vantage point for military missions to strategic partnership for global development. It is imperative that we seek all possible alternatives to fossil fuels and develop technologies to appropriately harness energy from such sources. It is unfortunate that we wake up only when we experience calamities.
